The sum, done for you

What a claims office pays each month, by team size

A solo public adjuster on Essentials pays $59. Add an office manager and it is $98. The arithmetic does not change as you grow: one base price, then $39 for each extra login.

When a second person starts handling files, look at Professional: it is the plan with stage automation and tasks and with invoicing built on the insurance estimate.

1 person$59$99
2 people$98$138
3 people$137$177
5 people$215$255

What counts as a user

A seat is a login, and the first one is already paid for

The plan price covers the company account and one user, the first admin.

Every active user who can sign in beyond that first one is a paid seat. What each person can see once they are in is a separate question, set by user roles and permissions, and it does not change the price.

When you deactivate a user, that seat comes off and the credit lands on the next invoice.

Filled circle: the admin, inside the base price.
Blue ring: an active user, $39 a month.
Dashed: a deactivated user, no charge.

The bill, day by day

What happens to the bill when something changes

Pricing pages rarely say this part, and it is what you need to know before you give a card to software you have not used yet.

The day you sign up

Sign-up takes three screens: your company, your first admin user, then the plan and the payment. The page on what a new account starts with covers what is waiting for you after that.

The day you add a person

A new seat is charged the moment you add the user, for the days left in the current billing period. If that charge is declined, the user is not created and the unpaid charge is voided, so you never owe money for a login that does not exist.

The day you change plan

You can upgrade or downgrade from the billing page in Settings, and a switch in the middle of a month is prorated. The same page holds the card on file and lists your past invoices, each with its PDF.

The day you cancel

Cancelling keeps your access until the end of the period you already paid for. Until that date you can keep the subscription active again.

If a payment fails

Everyone keeps working for 7 days after a failed payment. After that only the company administrator can sign in, and only to the billing page, so the person who can pay is never locked out. Nothing is deleted while access is paused, and everyone is back in as soon as the payment goes through.

Comparing quotes

Four other ways claims software is priced

When you compare claims and restoration software, the seat price is only one line. These are the pricing models you will run into, and what each one does to your real monthly total.

A bundle of seats

The base price covers three users, and you buy more one at a time. Fine when you have three people, and you pay for three when you have one.

Two kinds of seat

Field staff and office staff pay different seat prices, often with a monthly minimum on top. You need to know who gets which seat before you can add it up.

Add-on packages

Reporting or automation is sold as a separate monthly package. The seat price looks low until the package you actually need is added.

Quote only

No number on the site. You book a call to learn the cost, and the price depends on how the call goes.

CRM For Claims uses none of these. There is one seat type, no minimum beyond the base plan, and nothing sold as a separate monthly package on top of Essentials or Professional. If you are still deciding whether you need a claims CRM at all, the comparison with general roofing CRM software is the place to start.

Questions people ask before they sign up

Is there a contract?
No. Every plan is month to month. There is no annual term and no fee to leave.
What is in onboarding?
Stage setup, templates and training around the way your office already works. It is included on every plan, with no setup fee.
Essentials or Professional first?
Start on Essentials if you are moving claims off a spreadsheet and need pipelines, records, documents and permissions. Move to Professional when you want stage automation, e-signatures, the customer portal and invoicing with online payments.
When does Enterprise make sense?
From about 15 users, or when you need several teams and hands-on configuration. Enterprise is priced by quote, so talk to us first.
Do we pay for office staff who only read?
Yes, if they sign in. A seat is anyone with an active login. Someone who never signs in does not need one.
